Springfield Armory 2020 Waypoint 6mm Creedmoor 20 inch 5+1 Desert Verde Cerakote

The Springfield Armory Model 2020 Waypoint is a premium American-made bolt-action hunting rifle built for long-range field work, combining a 6mm Creedmoor chambering with a 20" fluted 416 stainless barrel and a 1:7.5 twist to deliver flat trajectories and consistent accuracy for medium- to long-range game; the stainless receiver and barrel carry Desert Verde Cerakote for corrosion resistance and low-visibility finish, while the Ridgeline carbon fiber hybrid profile stock with M-LOK slots keeps weight down (about 7 lbs) and adds rugged strength for mountain stalks and extended glassing sessions. The nitride-treated fluted 4140 bolt runs smooth in a two-position safe receiver with Rem 700 SA pattern picatinny optic mounting, TriggerTech adjustable trigger (2.5—5 lbs) offers shooter-tuned breaks, and the SA radial brake tames recoil for faster follow-up shots—attributes that make the Waypoint series ideal for hunters and precision shooters who demand durability, repeatable accuracy, and modular accessory options in one full-size right-hand package.
