Smith & Wesson SW1911 Pro Series 9mm 5" 10rd Stainless Pistol

The SW1911 Pro Series is Smith & Wesson's Performance Center take on a production 1911, adding competition features to a factory gun. This one is a full size 9mm with a 5" stainless barrel, a stainless steel frame and serrated slide in a matte silver finish, and a 10 round magazine. Two magazines come with the pistol.

Pro Series touches include a hand polished feed ramp and a precision crowned muzzle for accuracy and reliable feeding, an oversized external extractor and an extended magwell for faster reloads. The beavertail grip safety and frame mounted thumb safety work as on any 1911, and the single action trigger breaks clean. Sights are a dovetail front and an adjustable rear, so you can set the zero for your ammo. Wood grips finish it off. At around 41 oz the all steel gun soaks up 9mm recoil and stays flat between shots, which makes it a comfortable pistol for steel matches, bullseye style practice or a range gun that also serves at home.
