Sig Sauer P320 XFull 9mm 17rd Romeo-X Pistol

Full size P320 with the X series treatment. The XFull module gives a longer grip that takes a 17rd magazine, a higher hand position and the aggressive front strap texture Sig uses across the X line. The serialized fire control unit lives inside that module, so the same trigger group can be dropped into a carry or compact module later without buying another pistol. That is the entire premise of the P320 and the reason the platform won the military contract that produced the M17 and M18.

A Romeo-X optic comes with this configuration. The added weight and length of the full size slide flatten the recoil impulse, which shows up as faster follow up shots on a timer, and a 17rd magazine keeps reloads to a minimum in a class or a match. The grip module fills the hand well enough that the gun tracks without much effort from the shooter. This is the P320 in its duty format: enough gun to shoot well at distance, enough capacity to run a stage, and a modular core that lets the serialized part change roles as needs shift. The 9mm chambering keeps practice ammo common and easy to find.
