Sig Sauer P226X Legion 9mm 4.4" 10rd MA Compliant Pistol

The P226X Legion takes what made the P226 XFIVE Legion a competition gun and puts it into a duty size package. The slide is cut for an optic with Sig's SIG-LOC PRO footprint, so a red dot mounts down on the slide without stacking up an adapter plate. The trigger is the AX2, adjustable for both the double action and single action stages, which is a level of factory tuning the P226 has never offered before.

The rest is a P226, and that is meant as a compliment. Aluminum frame, hammer fired DA/SA action, and a 4.4" carbon steel barrel running the same manual of arms military and police units have used since the 1980s. Legion G10 grips give a firmer hold than standard polymer panels, and an M1913 rail up front takes any light on the market. This is the Massachusetts compliant build, so it comes with 10 round magazines to meet that state's requirements. A full size DA/SA nine millimeter is not what the market chases right now, but the long first pull followed by a short single action press remains one of the most shootable and forgiving systems for a pistol that lives loaded in a nightstand.
