Sig Sauer P226 X-Series 9mm 4.4" 18rd Romeo-X Pistol

The P226 X-Series is the full size gun in Sig's X lineup: an alloy framed DA/SA pistol with a bull barrel, a target crown, and an X series slide that takes the Romeo-X Pro optic from underneath through the SIG-LOC system. Mounting from below means no plate stack and no top screws working loose under recoil, and the side mounted battery keeps deck height low enough that standard height irons co-witness through the window.

Under the optic it is still a P226, which is the entire point. The AX2 trigger is adjustable and breaks the same way every time in single action after the first double action pull, the low profile decocker drops the hammer without a manual safety to think about, and Hogue G10 panels replace the plastic grips most service guns wear. The slide is DLC coated stainless with serrations front and rear; the frame is anodized alloy with a Picatinny rail up front. XRAY3 day night sights come installed, three 18rd steel magazines come with the pistol, and the 4.4" bull barrel puts enough weight out front to settle the gun down between shots on a timer.
