Shark Coast Tactical Razorback 5.56 NATO 10.5" 30rd Pistol

The Razorback pairs a 10.5" 5.56 NATO barrel with an SB Tactical SBA3 brace and a custom Cerakote finish from Shark Coast Tactical. It is an AR pistol in the practical sense of the term: rifle caliber, rifle controls and rifle magazines, in a package that measures closer to a submachine gun than a carbine.

The barrel is nitride treated for corrosion resistance and threaded at the muzzle so a brake or suppressor can be fitted. Upper and lower receivers are aluminum, and the top of the upper is a continuous Picatinny rail for optics. The handguard runs M-LOK slots at multiple positions for lights, sling mounts and barricade stops, and it keeps hardware off the barrel so nothing hanging on the rail changes where the bullet lands. The SBA3 adjusts for length and gives the shooter a rear point of contact, which helps a great deal on a gun this short. It feeds from a 30rd magazine and takes any AR-15 pattern magazine. Everything that wears out on this gun is a standard part, from the extractor to the buffer spring, so keeping it running means ordering common components rather than chasing proprietary pieces.
