Savage 110 Trail Hunter Lite 7mm PRC 20" 2rd Left Hand Rifle

An all around hunting rifle has to stand up to the weather, and the 110 Trail Hunter Lite is built for exactly that. Savage teamed with Hogue for the stock: a full coverage rubber overmold that gives a sure hold with wet, cold or gloved hands. The barreled action is finished in Tungsten Cerakote, a ceramic coating that seals out moisture and grime. This left hand model is chambered in 7mm PRC.

The 20" carbon steel barrel is a button rifled, heavy sporter contour with straight fluting and a 1:8 twist, and the muzzle is threaded 5/8-24 for a brake or suppressor. Savage's user adjustable AccuTrigger gives a clean break, and the safety is a 3 position tang safety. The rifle feeds from a 2 round magazine and weighs about 7 lbs, light enough to carry all day. With the bolt on the left side and a flat shooting magnum chambering in a short 20" package, this is a practical elk and mule deer rifle for left handed hunters who hunt hard country.
