Ruger Hawkeye Hunter .308 Win 16.6 inch Satin Blue

The Ruger Hawkeye Hunter .308 from Ruger's Hawkeye Hunter series pairs a 16.6-inch satin blue, free-floated threaded barrel with Ruger's rugged bolt-action platform to deliver a compact, hard-hitting rifle well suited for mountain and brush hunting, long-range field shots and range work; the cold hammer-forged barrel and ultra-precise rifling extend barrel life and help maintain accuracy over thousands of rounds while the factory thread protector allows easy muzzle device attachment. The action uses a non-rotating Mauser-type controlled round feed extractor and fixed blade ejector for the most positive case control and dependable ejection in adverse conditions, and the one-piece stainless steel bolt combined with the LC6 trigger produces smooth, crisp breaks that assist follow-up shots and shot placement. The hinged solid-steel floorplate with engraved Ruger logo and patented flush latch enables safe, fast unloading, while the three-position safety lets you lock the bolt or load and unload with the safety engaged. Ergonomic stock contours, wrap-around checkering on the grip and forend, integral receiver-mounted scope bases with included rings, and sling swivel studs complete a hunter-ready package; transfer via FFL required.
