About this product
The LAR-15X Varmint A4 is a 20" Rock River Arms AR-15 set up for varmint and predator work. It is chambered for 223 Remington and 5.56 NATO with a 1:8 twist, which stabilizes the heavier varmint and match bullets. The flat top A4 upper has no iron sights, leaving the rail free for a scope.
The rifle weighs about 9.4 lbs and measures 38.25" overall. That extra weight helps it settle on a bipod or bag for long shots at prairie dogs and coyotes. It feeds from detachable magazines with a 20 round capacity.
