Rossi LWC 300 BLK 16.5" Folding Stock Rifle

The Rossi LWC (Lightweight Carbine) is a break action single shot rifle, and this version adds a folding stock that makes the whole gun far easier to stow behind a truck seat or strap to a pack. It is chambered in 300 BLK with a 16.5" threaded barrel, so it is ready for a suppressor right out of the box, and 300 BLK is about as quiet as a centerfire rifle gets when it runs subsonic loads.

There are no iron sights. A Picatinny rail on top takes a red dot or a scope, which is the right way to shoot this gun anyway. The frame is steel with a polymer overmold, the stock is polymer, and the rifle weighs about 5.24 lbs unloaded. A crossbolt safety and a transfer bar handle the safety side. Load one round, close the action, cock the hammer and shoot. It is a simple rifle for deer and hog hunting at sensible ranges, a quiet backyard pest gun, or a first centerfire rifle for a new shooter.
