Retay RA1522 22 LR 25rd Quad Rail Rifle

This is the quad rail version of the Retay RA1522, a 22 Long Rifle built on the modern rifle layout with a 25 round magazine. Where the M-LOK version keeps things slim, this one wraps the handguard in Picatinny rail on all four sides, which is the older approach and still the right one for anyone running mounts that were made for 1913 rail and nothing else. Accessories clamp anywhere along the length with no adapters involved.

The barrel is deep bore drilled with a black chrome finish, and the muzzle is threaded 1/2x28 for a rimfire can or a muzzle device. Retay put flip up front and rear sights on it, so irons ride low and out of the way until they are needed and the top rail stays open for an optic. The receiver is black polymer with a Picatinny rail across the top, the stock is adjustable, and the safety is a thumb lever. Listed weight is 4.74 pounds. Retay markets the RA1522 at training and recreational shooting, and a 25 round magazine on a rimfire rifle is a straightforward way to spend an afternoon at the range without much loading.
