Masterpiece Arms Defender 9mm 4.5" 17rd Pistol

The Masterpiece Arms Defender is a large format 9mm pistol built off the 30SST, with one big change: a fully machined aluminum grip that takes Glock style magazines. It accepts 17 and 33 round magazines only, and one 17 round magazine comes in the box. The grip has a low profile magazine release and Decal Grip panels, so it stays locked in your hand during a long string.

The 4.5" barrel is threaded 1/2-28 and comes with a barrel extension. Charging is from the side, which keeps the top of the gun clear for the scope mount. Adjustable front and rear sights are standard, a lower Picatinny rail takes a light or laser, and a QD point handles a single point sling. The finish is black Cerakote, and the pistol comes in an MPA polymer case. This is a range and truck gun for someone who already owns Glock magazines and wants one more thing that runs them. It is big for a pistol, so plan on a sling or a rest if you stretch it out.
