Magnum Research Desert Eagle L5 50 AE 5" 7rd Carbo Blue Pistol

The Desert Eagle Mark XIX L5 is the shortest and lightest way to own a 50 AE Desert Eagle. This one pairs a hard coat anodized black aluminum frame with a Carbo Blue PVD slide and barrel and gold colored controls. It has a 5" barrel with an integral muzzle brake and a 7 round magazine.

An alloy frame and weight reducing cuts make the L5 just under a pound lighter than the steel framed models, and the shorter barrel makes it quicker to point. The brake vents gas to help control the muzzle when firing 50 AE. It keeps the Desert Eagle's gas operated, rotating bolt action and single action trigger, along with fixed combat sights, Hogue finger groove rubber grips and ambidextrous safeties. A Picatinny style rail on top of the barrel accepts single slot optic mounts. The L5 takes the same magazines as the steel Desert Eagles, and one magazine is included. Magnum Research lists the L5 models as New York State compliant. The Carbo Blue finish gives a deep blue look over the black frame, which makes this a sharp piece for a collection that still gets taken to the range.
