LaRue Tactical LT123 30mm 2 Piece QD Scope Mount

The LT123 is a two piece scope mount from LaRue Tactical, built for 30mm main tubes. A two piece mount uses separate front and rear rings instead of one machined body, so the rings can be spaced along the rail to put the scope where the shooter's eye relief actually falls rather than where a one piece mount forces it.

LaRue builds the LT123 with a quick detach lever system, so the optic comes off and goes back on without tools. That is the reason to run a QD mount in the first place: glass can be pulled for transport, for cleaning, or to bring a backup sight into use, and then go back onto the rifle at a known zero.
