35mm rings are the hard ones to find, and this is the low pair at .885" in FDE. A 35mm tube is a big body, so even at the low setting there is real clearance under the scope for most barrel contours.

Tube size is not something to eyeball. If the scope's spec sheet says 35mm, only a 35mm ring will close on it properly, and forcing a mismatched ring is how tubes get dented and warranties get voided.
