Kriss USA DMK22C 22 LR 16.5" 10rd Rifle

The DMK22C is a dedicated 22 LR rifle built on AR-15 architecture rather than a conversion kit dropped into a centerfire gun. That distinction matters. The barrel, bolt and magazine well are all built for rimfire, so it feeds and ejects the way it should instead of choking the way adapter kits often do. Barrel length is 16.5" with threads at the muzzle for a can or a brake, and Kriss uses a patented barrel adapter that takes aftermarket 10/22 barrels if you want a different profile or contour later.

This is the 10 round configuration, which keeps it workable in states that cap magazine capacity and at ranges with their own capacity rules. A patented bolt lock holds the action open on an empty magazine, matching the manual of arms from a centerfire AR. The M-LOK handguard and adjustable stock take standard accessories, and the receiver accepts nearly any AR-15 trigger, grip or optic mount. Rimfire ammunition costs a fraction of centerfire so trigger time adds up fast, and recoil is mild enough that a new shooter can work on fundamentals instead of bracing for the shot.
