About this product

The IWI Tavor 7 brings the Tavor bullpup layout to 7.62 NATO, the 308 class round. A 16.5" cold hammer forged, chrome lined barrel fits in a rifle about 26.75" long, so you get full power performance in a package shorter than many 5.56 carbines. It feeds from SR-25 pattern magazines and comes with one 20 round Magpul magazine.

The Tavor 7 is fully ambidextrous. The ejection side and the charging handle switch from one side to the other, and the safety, magazine release and bolt catch work from either hand, which makes it one of the few battle rifle class guns a left handed shooter can run without compromise. The charging handle can be locked back without touching the bolt catch. A short stroke gas piston with a four position regulator, including an off setting, drives a rotating bolt. The fore end has M-LOK slots, with Picatinny rails at 12 and 6 o'clock for optics and accessories. The muzzle is threaded 5/8-24 for a brake or suppressor, the body is impact modified polymer, and the rifle weighs about 9 lbs.
