Heckler & Koch MR556 A4 5.56 NATO 11" 10rd Pistol

The MR556 A4 is Heckler & Koch's commercial take on the HK416, and this pistol version pairs it with an 11" match cold hammer forged barrel in 5.56 NATO. It runs HK's short stroke gas piston system, which keeps hot carbon fouling out of the action, so the gun stays cleaner and internal parts wear less than on a direct impingement AR. An adjustable gas regulator lets you tune it for suppressed or unsuppressed shooting, and the muzzle is threaded 1/2-28 concentric to the bore for a suppressor or muzzle device.

The A4 update brings fully ambidextrous controls: safety with a 45 degree throw, bolt release and magazine release all work from either side. The HK416 A5 style upper has a continuous Picatinny rail running from the receiver onto the M-LOK handguard, which also has integral ambi QD sling cups. The magazine well is angled for reliable feeding, and the HK416 elongated steel castle nut anchors a pistol buffer tube. It comes with one 10rd magazine and weighs 6.61 lbs. This is a top tier piston AR pistol for anyone who wants HK durability in a short package.
