Hi-Point 995 Carbine 9mm 16.5" 10rd FDE Flag Rifle

This Hi-Point 995 carbine wears an FDE and black American flag pattern over the stock and receiver, a tribute version of one of the most popular pistol caliber carbines around. Underneath it is the standard 995: 9mm, a 16.5" barrel, a 10 round magazine and an all weather skeletonized polymer stock with an internal recoil buffer. Rails on the receiver cover take an optic, light or laser.

The barrel is threaded 1/2-28, the common 9mm pitch, so a muzzle device or suppressor mount goes on without an adapter. Hi-Point rates its carbines for +P ammunition. Sights are a post front with a fully adjustable peep rear, and the controls are a thumb safety, a grip mounted magazine release and last round lock open. At 6.25 lbs and 31" overall it handles easily, and recoil from 9mm in a carbine this heavy is barely there, which makes it a good fit for new shooters, plinking and basic home defense. The 995 magazine is its own pattern and does not swap with the C9 pistol.
