Guntec USA AR-15 Slab Side Stripped Upper Receiver

A stripped AR-15 upper receiver in the slab side pattern, which means no forward assist boss standing up off the right side. The result is a cleaner line down the receiver and one less part to buy, install and eventually wonder about on a rifle that was never going to need it.

This is a bare receiver. It takes a standard barrel, gas system, handguard and bolt carrier group, and it pins to any mil spec lower. Builders who pick a slab side upper are usually chasing weight and looks on a lightweight carbine or a competition rifle where every ounce and every snag point gets questioned. The upper is not a serialized part.
