About the Griffin Armament Resistance 22M
The Resistance 22M is Griffin Armament's modular rimfire can. The tube and end cap are aluminum, and the patented HEDP baffle stack comes out for cleaning. In its standard direct thread setup it weighs 4.9 oz, and the 1.375" outside diameter gives it more internal volume than most rimfire cans, which helps it run quiet on 22 LR, 22 WMR, 17 HMR and 5.7mm.
A 1/2-28 direct thread adapter is included, and the can also takes Griffin's 3-lug kit or the Taper Mount Minimalist Blast Shield, both sold separately. With the blast shield it carries a sporting use rating for 223/5.56mm on 16" and longer barrels, five rounds at a time with cooling between strings. The wipe compatible end cap comes with a neoprene wipe and spacer, plus a wrench, washers, manual and pouch.
