Franklin Armory F22-V Binary 22 LR 18" 10rd Integrally Suppressed Rifle

Franklin Armory's F22-V puts two ideas in one rifle that do not usually show up together: a binary trigger and an integral suppressor. The BFS system fires on the pull and again on the release, which doubles the rate without doubling the recoil, and 22 LR is about the friendliest place there is to learn that timing. Because the rifle comes from the factory built and tuned around the binary system, there is none of the trial and error that comes with dropping a trigger into a rifle that was not set up for one.

The 18 inch Angstadt Arms Vanquish barrel is integrally suppressed, so the sound reduction is built into the barrel assembly rather than threaded on the front. The aluminum receiver is hardcoat anodized and carries a Picatinny rail for an optic. Internally the rifle borrows heavily from the Ruger 10/22 world, including a standard Ruger bolt release and compatibility with a long list of aftermarket 10/22 parts. Franklin adds an extended magazine release and a knurled charging handle, both of which are easier to work than the pieces they replace. A Magpul MOE X-22 stock finishes it off and the magazine holds 10 rounds.
