Glock 43X Hush Puppy 9mm Holosun 407K Suppressor Package Pistol

The Hush Puppy Project builds this package around a Glock 43X MOS, and the goal is an old one: a compact 9mm set up to run quiet. The slide carries a Holosun 407K red dot in the factory optic cut, the sights sit tall enough to clear a can, and a Zaffiri Precision threaded barrel replaces the stock tube. The Hush Puppy slide lock lever is the part most people have never handled. It holds the slide closed so the action cannot cycle, which kills the mechanical racket a suppressed semi auto makes when the slide runs. Lock it, fire, cycle by hand, repeat.

A compact Hush Puppy Project Model 2 suppressor comes with the package and the pistol wears black Cerakote throughout. Underneath the work it is still Glock's Slimline 43X: a narrow grip that fills a hand better than the 43 it grew out of, the Slim Mounting Rail on the dust cover for a light, and the MOS slide cut that turns mounting a red dot into a screwdriver job instead of a milling job. Barrel, sights, optic, slide lock and suppressor were picked to work as one setup, which is a very different thing from bolting parts onto a stock pistol and hoping they get along.
