Girsan Regard MC Deluxe 9mm 4.9" 18rd Gold Engraved Pistol

The Girsan Regard MC Deluxe takes the Beretta 92 pattern and dresses it up. The frame and slide carry a gold finish with detailed engraving, and black G10 grips set off the color. Under the finish it is a working 9mm pistol with a 4.9" barrel and an 18 round magazine, built on a forged aluminum frame that keeps the weight to about 2.15 lbs.

The controls follow the 92 layout a lot of shooters already know. A decocker and an ambidextrous safety handle either hand, and an accessory rail under the dust cover takes a light or laser. G10 is a fiberglass based epoxy, so the grips hold up to sweat and water better than wood. The slide is serrated for a clean grip when racking. It comes in a leather carry case, which suits a pistol that will spend some of its life on display. For a collector who still wants to shoot what they buy, or a shooter who wants something different in the safe, the MC Deluxe covers both jobs without giving up the service pistol internals underneath.
