Girsan Witness 2311 Brat 9mm 3.4" 17rd Pistol

The Girsan Witness 2311 Brat is a compact double stack 1911 in 9mm. It has a 3.4" barrel with a bull barrel lockup and a 17 round magazine, which puts real capacity in an officer size 1911. The Witness 2311 line runs standard double stack 1911 magazines with a polymer grip on Girsan's 1911 receiver and top end.

The Brat was built with concealed carry in mind. It has an extended beavertail, an ambidextrous thumb safety, a skeletonized trigger and a flared magazine well, plus an accessory rail for a weapon light. Checkered polymer grips give a secure hold without being harsh on skin or clothing. The single action trigger gives the short, clean press 1911 fans want, and the double stack grip fills the hand better than a single stack officer model, which helps with control during fast strings. One magazine is included. For a carrier who has always liked the 1911 but wanted more rounds on board, the Brat closes most of the gap with modern polymer carry guns while keeping the 1911 feel.
