About this product
DoubleTap built this 77gr DT Lead Free load for small 9mm pistols. The light solid copper hollow point leaves the barrel fast at standard pressure, so recoil stays mild even in a subcompact. DoubleTap lists about 1600 fps from a Glock 17 and roughly 1435 fps from a Glock 26.
It is aimed at home defense and carry where limited penetration matters, giving strong energy transfer with less chance of the bullet exiting and continuing on. The bullet contains no lead, and this load is California certified nonlead ammunition. 20rd box.
