Diamondback DB15 5.56 NATO 16" 30rd Burnt Bronze Rifle

This Diamondback DB15 is an Iron Valley exclusive AR-15 in 5.56 NATO, finished in Burnt Bronze Cerakote with FDE Magpul furniture. The 16" medium profile barrel is 4150 chrome moly with a black nitride finish and a 1:8 twist, and it runs a carbine length direct impingement gas system. The muzzle is threaded 1/2-28 and comes with an A2 flash hider, so swapping to a brake or a suppressor mount is a simple job. The upper is a forged aluminum A3 flat top, and the lower is Diamondback's forged Carbon lower.

Up front, a 15" M-LOK handguard gives a long reach and room for a light, a sling mount and a bipod. Magpul supplies the MOE Carbine stock and MOE grip, both in FDE to match the bronze receivers, and the trigger is a standard mil spec unit. There are no sights on the gun, leaving the flat top open for a red dot, a prism or a magnified optic. One 30rd Magpul Gen M3 PMAG is included. The rifle weighs 6.6 lbs and measures 32.5" with the stock collapsed. It is a straightforward carbine for range days, training classes and home defense, with a color that sets it apart from a plain black build.
