About the CVA Scout XP 223
The CVA Scout XP is a single shot pistol in 223 Rem. The barrel is matte stainless steel, fluted and threaded at the muzzle, and the stock and grip are graphite black synthetic. A 0 MOA Picatinny rail sits on top of the receiver for an optic; 0 MOA means the rail is flat to the bore rather than tilted, which is the usual choice when the scope is doing the elevation work.
One round, one trigger pull. That is the whole argument for this class of handgun, and it is why the Scout XP keeps the parts count low - there is no magazine and no repeating action to maintain. The pistol grip gives a full hand hold and confident control, while the shortened format keeps the setup maneuverable and purpose driven. The threaded muzzle takes a brake or a suppressor.
