About this product
The CVA Scout TD V3 is CVA's break action single shot rifle in a takedown package. This version is chambered in 450 Bushmaster, a big bore straight wall cartridge that hits deer and hogs hard inside 200 yards, and pairs a 22 inch stainless steel barrel with a green synthetic stock, a different look from the stainless and black Scout TD.
The takedown design lets the barrel come off the receiver so the rifle packs down short for travel. The single shot action is simple: open it, load one round, close it and shoot. A recoil pad helps with the 450's push, sling swivel studs come standard, and there are no iron sights, so plan on a scope. At about 7.8 pounds it settles well for an offhand or sticks shot.
