Colt, 1911 Classic Government .38 Super, 5 in, 9 Rounds, Matte Stainless Engraved

The Filigree for Colt 1911 in .38 Super by Shark Coast Tactical takes Colt's Government Classic 1911 platform and pairs it with hand-done filigree engraving on a polished stainless steel frame and slide, creating a show-ready semi-automatic that also shoots like a match gun. Built on the Colt 1911 Classic Series 70 Government frame, this full-size, 5" National Match barrel .38 Super pistol offers a long trigger and service-style hammer for a crisp pull and reliable reset, while the fixed 3-dot sights and 9+1 capacity make it practical for competitive target work, precision range sessions, and heritage-focused carry or duty applications where a stainless metal-frame pistol is preferred. Checkered rosewood grips give tactile control and visual warmth against the silver matte stainless finish, and the Series 70 firing system preserves the traditional 1911 trigger feel that many shooters seek for single-action accuracy. Collectors will value the limited engraved finish and craftsmanship, sports shooters will appreciate the match-grade barrel and inherent accuracy of the .38 Super cartridge, and those familiar with metal-frame pistols will recognize the balance and handling of the Colt Government Classic line; FFL transfer is required for purchase.
