Cimarron Firearms 1866 Yellowboy .44-40 Winchester 24 in 12 round Brass Blued Walnut

The Cimarron 1866 Yellowboy 44-40 is a faithful take on the classic 1866 Winchester-style lever action, built by Cimarron Firearms for shooters who want authentic looks with modern reliability, and it arrives with a bright brass frame, blued octagon 24" barrel and a rich walnut stock that together create the iconic "Yellowboy" silhouette prized by collectors, reenactors and cowboy action competitors. With a 1:36" twist matched to the .44-40 Winchester cartridge, the rifle balances period-correct performance and usable accuracy for medium-game hunting or lively range sessions, while the 12-round tubular capacity and conventional sights give fast follow-up shots and familiar pointability for hunting brush or target work. Weighing about 8.2 pounds and measuring roughly 45.5" overall, this lever-action sporting rifle tracks well from the saddle and carries comfortably on long hikes, and the traditional lever action offers smooth cycling for quick, rhythmic shooting. As part of Cimarron's historical series, the Yellowboy blends collectible appeal with practical utility; please note transfers must go through an FFL.
