The Browning X-Bolt 2 Mountain Pro Carbon Fiber in 300 Winchester Magnum is a lightweight magnum built for the serious mountain hunter. The 22-inch wrapped carbon fiber barrel cuts weight without giving up rigidity and ships threaded 5/8x24 with a Recoil Hawg muzzle brake, making it simple to add a suppressor or quick muzzle device. The new Pro stainless steel receiver, spiral-fluted bolt, and aluminum bolt handle are all finished in gray Cerakote to hold up to hard weather and rough country.

Up top, the X-Bolt 2 action runs the redesigned DLX Trigger that breaks clean and is user-adjustable for weight, take-up, and overtravel. The carbon fiber stock has an adjustable comb so a shooter can dial in proper eye alignment with a scope or suppressor, and the Inflex recoil pad soaks up 300 Win Mag recoil. A 3-round detachable rotary magazine feeds flush, the 60-degree bolt lift stays clear of low-mounted optics, and the integral Picatinny rail makes optic setup easy.
