Browning X-Bolt 2 Speed CF 300 Win Mag 26" 3rd OVIX Rifle

The X-Bolt 2 Speed Carbon Fiber SR in 300 Win Mag is a long range elk and mountain rifle that keeps its weight down to about 7 lbs 5 oz despite a 26 inch barrel. That barrel is a Preferred Barrels stainless blank wrapped in carbon fiber, stiff and light. The muzzle is threaded 5/8-24 and fitted with a Recoil Hawg muzzle brake that cuts felt recoil substantially, which matters on a light magnum. A thread protector is included for running it without the brake or with a suppressor.

The Vari-Tech composite stock is finished in Browning OVIX camo and adjusts for length of pull, comb height and grip angle, with interchangeable sporter and vertical grips and overmolded gripping surfaces. The redesigned X-Bolt 2 receiver and spiral fluted bolt wear a Tungsten Cerakote finish. The long action feeds from a detachable 3 round magazine. The adjustable DLX trigger has no creep or overtravel and comes set at hunting weight. The action is bedded at the recoil lug and action screws with the barrel free floated, and the top tang safety pairs with a bolt unlock button. A 1.25 inch Inflex pad finishes the stock.
