Browning X-Bolt 2 Hunter 7mm Rem Mag 26" 3rd Left Hand Rifle

This is the left hand X-Bolt 2 Hunter in 7mm Rem Mag, with a 26" sporter contour barrel finished in non reflective matte blue and threaded at the muzzle. The receiver is matte blued steel, drilled and tapped, and the stock is a matte black adjustable Vari-Tech composite. Magazine capacity is 3 rounds.

The Vari-Tech stock is the reason to look at this rifle twice. Length of pull adjusts, the comb adjusts, and the grip modules swap out, so a shooter sets the stock to their own reach and cheek height instead of shimming a pad and living with it. Overmolded surfaces sit where the hands go. Up top, the X-Lock Scope Mounting System uses four screws per base into the receiver rather than two, which gives the bases more to hold on to under a magnum's recoil. The sporter contour barrel splits the difference between a light carry rifle and a heavy one, and the non reflective finish keeps glare down. Left hand shooters get the bolt on their own side of the gun.
