Browning Citori Hunter Grade II 28 GA 28" Shotgun

The Citori Hunter Grade II is a working field gun with a little more polish than the base Hunter. In 28 gauge with 28 inch barrels it gives the longer sight plane and smoother swing that many upland hunters like in a small gauge, while staying light enough to carry through the covers. The barrels have 3 inch chambers, new to the Citori 28 gauge, so you can step up to the longer 28 gauge loads when you need a bit more reach on late season birds.

The receiver has a tough silver nitride finish with gold enhancement, and the barrels are blued with a vent rib and a silver bead front sight. The stock and forearm are satin finished Grade II/III American walnut with checkering and an Inflex recoil pad. Underneath it is the Citori action hunters have trusted for decades: a full width tapered locking bolt, a hinge pin spanning the receiver, chrome chambers, hammer ejectors and back bored barrels. The inertia trigger is gold plated, and the barrel selector sets which barrel fires first. A 50/50 point of impact suits general hunting. Three flush choke tubes in Full, Modified and Improved Cylinder are included with a wrench.
