Bergara B-14 Wilderness HMR 7mm PRC 24" 5rd Rifle

The Bergara B-14 Wilderness HMR takes the popular HMR, short for Hunting and Match Rifle, and dresses it for rough country. The barreled action is finished in Sniper Grey Cerakote, and the stock is a hand painted Woodland camo pattern with added webbing for grip. This one is chambered in 7mm PRC with a 24" No. 6 taper barrel and a 1:8 twist, a strong setup for long range elk and deer loads.

The key to the HMR is the mini chassis molded into the stock, which gives the action repeatable bedding and supports a free floated barrel. The stock has an adjustable cheek piece, length of pull spacers and QD flush cups. The muzzle is threaded 5/8-24 and wears the Omni muzzle brake, which Bergara rates at up to 35 percent less felt recoil. The B-14 action is a two lug design with a sliding plate extractor and a coned bolt nose. A Bergara Performance trigger and a two position safety round it out. It feeds from a detachable magazine, and one 5 round magazine is included (in this caliber a CIP length Accurate-Mag). It weighs about 10.1 lbs and fits Remington 700 style rings and bases.
