Bergara B-14 Ridge 6.5 Creedmoor 22" 4rd Rifle

Bergara made its name building barrels for other rifle makers, and the B-14 Ridge brings that barrel quality to a production hunting rifle. This one is chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, a mild recoiling cartridge with a well earned reputation for accuracy on deer, pronghorn and other medium game. The 22" #5 contour steel barrel is threaded at the muzzle and protected with a cap, and the barrel and receiver both wear Graphite Black Cerakote.

The B-14 action uses two locking lugs, a sliding plate extractor and a coned bolt nose and breech for smooth feeding and positive extraction. A Bergara Performance trigger and a two position safety handle the controls. The stock is an American style synthetic built from glass fiber reinforced polymer with molded pillars, finished in a SoftTouch coating of gray speckled black that grips well in bad weather. Four rounds load into the internal magazine, which empties through a hinged floorplate. The receiver is drilled and tapped for Remington 700 style bases with 6-48 screws, so scope mounts are easy to find. A 1:8" twist suits the longer 6.5mm hunting and match bullets. Right hand.
