About this product
The BCM Recce-16 MCMR pairs a 16" 5.56 NATO barrel with BCM's 15" MCMR free float handguard, slotted for M-LOK accessories. The gas system is mid length, the barrel is a steel government profile with a 1:7 twist and a manganese phosphate finish, and a Mod 0 compensator sits at the muzzle.
The upper is an M4 feed ramp flat top with no iron sights, ready for whatever optic you run. BCM Gunfighter pieces handle the controls: the charging handle, the 6 position stock and the Mod 3 pistol grip. The PNT trigger is BCM's polished nickel Teflon trigger, and the fire controls are marked SAFE and SEMI. The 7075 aluminum receivers have a black hard coat anodized finish. At about 6.1 lbs it stays light for a free float carbine, and overall length adjusts from 32.5" to 35.5". It comes with one 30 round magazine. A good pick for a duty style or home defense carbine that needs room for a light and a sling.
