Arsenal Firearms Second Century 45 ACP 5" 14rd Pistol

The Arsenal Firearms Second Century is a double barrel semi auto pistol in 45 ACP. Structurally it is two 1911 style pistols joined side by side into one gun, with twin 5 inch ported barrels and dual triggers. It fires two bullets at the same time with one shot. Arsenal Firearms spent six months developing it and introduced it in the spring of 2012.

It feeds from two parallel magazines joined by a common base plate and inserted into the grip as a single unit, seven rounds per side for 14 rounds total. The steel frame and slide wear a matte black finish, the grips are wood, and a thumb safety sits where a 1911 shooter expects it. Nobody buys a Second Century because they need one. It is a conversation piece and a collector's gun, one of the most unusual production handguns sold in this country, and it draws a crowd at any range. If you collect oddities or just want the pistol nobody else at the club has, this is it.
