Akkar High Noon 28 GA 28" Shotgun

This Akkar High Noon is the 28 gauge standard grade model, a side by side double with 28" blued barrels chambered for 3" shells. Akkar USA builds each High Noon gauge on its own frame size, so this 28 gauge stays slim and light in the hand. Five choke tubes are included to set the pattern for the cover you hunt.

The 28 gauge is a favorite of experienced bird hunters because it patterns well and recoils very little, which makes a long day on quail or doves easy on the shoulder. The receiver carries Akkar's OxyCap finish and the walnut stock features a Prince of Wales grip with enhanced checkering. Long barrels on a light 28 gauge frame give the gun a steady swing, and it is just as at home on the skeet range as in the field. If you want the High Noon's frame and handling without the engraving and upgraded wood of the Elite, this is the version to look at.
