Wolff Gunsprings 1911 Government 18.5 lb Recoil Spring

An 18.5 lb Wolff recoil spring for full size 1911 Government Model pistols. Wolff groups its 1911 springs by load: this one is a Type C extra power spring, meant for hardball and heavier loads.

At 18.5 lb it is the first step above Wolff's 17 lb option for a Government Model running hardball or warmer loads. The heaviest spring that still lets the pistol run reliably is generally the best choice, according to Wolff.
