About the Yankee Hill Machine Turbo
The Turbo T3 is a 5.56mm can in the Yankee Hill Machine Turbo family. YHM reworked the internal baffle geometry to cut blowback compared with the previous Turbo, and the body is heat treated stainless steel with a heat treated blast baffle. The rear uses YHM's 1 3/8-24 HUB interface, so it works with the full range of HUB mounts, and YHM backs it with a lifetime warranty.
This kit is set up for quick detach: a Phantom QD HUB adapter plus a 1/2-28 QD flash hider for the barrel, and two YHM wrenches (YHM-2007 and YHM-2146). Length is 5.59 inches, 6.5 inches with the adapter, and weight is 12.8 ounces with the adapter on a 1.562 inch tube. YHM measured an average of 134 dB on a 14.5 inch AR with 55 grain ammunition. It is full auto rated, with a 10 inch minimum barrel length for 5.56 NATO.
