The Winchester XPR Combo in 6.8 Western brings the trusted heritage of the Model 70 into a modern bolt-action rifle package that hunters and range shooters will appreciate, with a rugged steel receiver finished in Perma?Coat black, a 24" precision button?rifled, free?floating matte blued barrel with target crown and a 1:16" twist for optimal performance with heavy, long?range 6.8 Western bullets. Chambered for the new hard?hitting 6.8 Western cartridge and built on a short action, the right?hand XPR features a black synthetic sporter stock with Inflex recoil pad, a M.O.A. Trigger System and a two?position safety for confident follow?through shots, and a 3+1 capacity for ethical field work. This full?size setup ships with a Vortex Crossfire II 3—9x40 BDC scope mounted in Weaver?style rings and bases and covered by Vortex's VIP warranty, making it ready for hunting deer, elk, and long?range shots across varied terrain or for precision practice at the range. Receiver is drilled and tapped for additional optics, sling swivel studs are installed, and an FFL transfer is required for purchase.
