Winchester Wildcat Shadow SR 22 LR 16.5" 10rd Rifle

The Wildcat Shadow SR is the all black version of Winchester's rimfire autoloader. The receiver is polymer with a Picatinny rail molded into it, the stock is fixed polymer in the same black, and the 16.5" barrel is button rifled with a matte blued finish and a recessed target style crown.

The muzzle is threaded 1/2-28, which makes this an easy suppressor host with no trip to a gunsmith. It feeds from a 10 round magazine in 22 LR and accepts aftermarket 10/22 magazines, so a shooter with a drawer full of them is already covered. Sling eyelets sit front and rear, and a Picatinny section on the underside of the forearm comes with a rail cover in place for anyone who does not want a bipod hanging off it. Controls are ambidextrous. The Shadow trim keeps the whole rifle black and plain, which suits a rimfire that gets used hard and does not need to look pretty doing it. It is a light, short, plain 22 that earns its keep as a working rimfire.
