Weatherby Sorix 20 GA 28" 2rd Storm Shotgun

The Weatherby Sorix is an inertia operated semi auto shotgun built for hunters, and this is the 20 gauge with a 28" vent rib barrel, a 3" chamber and a 2 round magazine. The Storm version pairs a gray Cerakote barrel and receiver with a Storm camo synthetic stock. The receiver has an aggressive competition cut that makes reloading quicker, and the slammer bolt release, charging handle and safety are all oversized for easier use in bad conditions.

Weatherby's Shift System lets you swap the charging handle and safety to the other side, so left handed shooters get the same setup as everyone else. The stepped rib carries an LPA fiber optic bead, and the receiver is drilled and tapped (8-40) for an optic mount. Stock shims adjust cast and fit, and the stock has textured touch points and a soft cheekpiece. It uses the Crio Plus choke system and comes with five chokes (cylinder, improved cylinder, modified, improved modified and full), a choke wrench and a carrying case. At 6.5 lbs and 49" overall, the 20 gauge Sorix carries easily through a long day in the uplands or the marsh.
