Weatherby Mark V Carbon Compact 25 WBY RPM 22" 3rd OD Green Rifle

Weatherby built the 25 WBY RPM around a simple idea: standard action length, magnum performance, no belted case. Put it in the Carbon Compact and you get a quarter bore that shoots flat without the weight or the length of a traditional magnum rifle. The 6-Lug Mark V action is the lighter of Weatherby's two actions, and the shortened length of pull means the rifle fits shooters who get pushed off the comb by a full size hunting stock.

The 22" barrel is a BSF carbon fiber wrapped tube with an Accubrake DST on the muzzle, a directional brake that self times as it tightens, so it goes on straight without shims. Recoil on a light quarter bore is already manageable and the brake takes it further down. The steel receiver is drilled and tapped, finished in OD Green, with the bolt, bolt knob and safety in graphite black. Each Monte Carlo stock is hand laid fiberglass, hand painted in Sheridan, Wyoming, black with brown, green and white sponge accents, and that raised comb keeps the recoil impulse tracking away from your cheek. Magazine holds 3 rounds.
