Tisas Regent BR9 Sport 9mm 4.67" 15rd Nickel Pistol

The Regent BR9 Sport is Tisas' version of the Hi-Power, a pattern that has been in service somewhere in the world for most of a century. This one wears a nickel finish rather than the usual dark bluing, which brightens the slide and frame and shows off the contours of the original design. Aggressive G10 grip panels take the place of the smooth wood found on older guns and give the hand something to bite into. The barrel measures 4.67".

Chambering is 9mm, and two 15 round magazines come with the pistol, so there is a spare in the box from the start. The trigger is single action, the same arrangement the platform has always used, and the controls sit where a shooter who knows the design expects to find them. Tisas positions the Sport as a range and defensive configuration rather than a reproduction piece, which is what the G10 panels and the pair of magazines are about. If you have wanted a Hi-Power without tracking down a vintage example, this is the shape it takes today.
