Tisas 1911 Carry 45 ACP 4.25" 8rd Bobtail Pistol

The Tisas 1911 Carry is a Commander length 45 ACP on a forged steel frame, with a 4.25 inch stainless barrel and an Ed Brown Bobtail cut at the rear of the frame. That bobtail rounds off the corner of the mainspring housing, the part that normally digs into a cover garment and telegraphs the gun through a shirt. Starburst textured G10 grips give the hand something to hold onto without shredding skin, and Novak style white dot sights are fitted.

Everything else follows the pattern John Browning laid out. Single action trigger, eight rounds in the magazine, and an ambidextrous safety, which is worth having if you shoot left handed or train to run the gun with either hand. Steel construction adds weight over a polymer carry pistol and that weight is exactly what keeps 45 ACP recoil civil in a shortened slide. The finish is black Cerakote over slide and frame. Two magazines, a lockable hard case, a cleaning kit and a bushing wrench come with it, so the pistol is ready to go to the range as it sits.
