Tikka T3x Ace Target 6mm Creedmoor 26" 10rd Rifle

The T3x Ace Target is Tikka's competition chassis rifle, and it arrives with the parts of a match gun that normally get bolted on after the fact. The chassis is aluminum and adjustable at the comb and at the length of pull, with an ARCA rail running the forend for tripods and barricade stops and M-LOK slots for everything else. The receiver carries an integrated 20 MOA Picatinny rail, so a high magnification scope gets the elevation it needs without adding a canted base underneath it.

The barrel is a 26" heavy contour tube, threaded at the muzzle and profiled to stay steady through a long string of fire. Length matters here, because 6mm Creedmoor lives on velocity and the extra tube keeps the bullet moving well past the point where a shorter barrel gives up. Underneath, the T3x action runs the same smooth, short throw bolt Tikka has been building for decades, and the two stage trigger adjusts across a usable range without a trip to a gunsmith. Feeding is from a 10 round detachable magazine. It is a heavy rifle by hunting standards and that is the entire point, because mass is what keeps a rifle still between shots and settled in a bag.
