Tikka T3x Lite Roughtech 300 WSM 24.3" 3rd Tan Rifle

The Tikka T3x Lite Roughtech takes the light T3x Lite and gives it a grippy, textured Roughtech synthetic stock, here in tan with black webbing. It is chambered in 300 Winchester Short Magnum, which puts near magnum power into a short action, and the 24.3" fluted barrel is threaded 5/8-24 with a muzzle brake installed to tame the kick. Barrel and receiver are blued black.

The T3x receiver has a widened, angled ejection port that makes single loading easy, plus extra screw positions on top for a Picatinny rail. The pistol grip is interchangeable, so the grip angle can be changed for different shooting positions. Feeding comes from a 3 round detachable magazine. The trigger is single stage, the safety has two positions, and the bolt is fluted. At about 6.4 lbs bare, it is a rifle you can carry up the mountain for elk or mule deer and still shoot well when you get there.
